This notice covers personal data that Growth Alliance Capital Pte Ltd ("we") receives through this website, including enquiries sent to us from the forms on ayebot.com, which reach us the same way.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address and message, and, if you give them, your phone number and company. We also record the time you sent it and whether it came from the website form or from an AI assistant acting for you.
The form does not send until you tick the box agreeing that we may contact you about your enquiry.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to start that engagement. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Who processes it for us
- Resend, our email delivery service, carries your enquiry to our inbox as an email.
- Google hosts this website on Google Cloud in Singapore. Like most web hosts, it keeps standard request logs (which include your IP address) for 30 days.
- Pages load fonts from Wix's font servers, and the Chinese pages also from Google Fonts. Those servers see your IP address when your browser fetches a font.
To stop abuse, the form briefly checks your IP address against a rate limit held in memory. We do not store it with your enquiry.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for 24 months from the date you send it, then delete it. If the enquiry becomes an engagement, it is kept with that engagement's records instead.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent or have it deleted before 24 months. Email yichen@gacapital.com.sg with the address you wrote from, and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
